Predictive Index Management Workshop™ Graduates

Becoming proficient in Predictive Index® gives the leader an "extra flashlight" into interpersonal dynamics. Our students tell us that our Predictive Index course is so much more than simply reading a report or a book or attending a lecture. "When the skills to be learned involve interpersonal relations - learning by doing with feedback from a knowledgeable coach - creates deep understanding. Only then is real proficiency achieved."

PI® User Group Meeting February 15th

On February 15th we had a most successful PI® User group meeting in Mississauga, ON.

The Talent Acquisition team at Bell hosted the event led by Ray Romard, Director of Talent, and Kari Pimentel, Associate Director, Talent Acquisition COE.

Ray and Kari shared their use of PI and PLI to understand over 800 employees in a national rollout. Ray spoke about the use of the new human analytic software that now comes with PI and how it has helped Bell retail strategically think about the type of people they need as they move into an aggressive growth phase at Bell.

Over 40 trained PI analysts attended from a wide variety of the PI family. The session was well received and attendees liked the ability to listen to others reveal the many practical ways a PI analyst canfully leverage the Predictive Index® to build a high-performing organizations. Thanks again to Ray and Kari for hosting this event. The next one in the GTA is April 26th at the Duke Pub (Duke of Westminster in Toronto).

Predictive Success (PI®) Hockey team Christmas Game a success...... PI squad won 6-4..over the Black Squad at the Iceland Rink in Mississauga ON

The PI Canada team is a group of PI® clients from Mississauga ON. These executives have ice rented by PI client Microsoft Canada and have invited business partner leaders to skate with the team each Tuesday and Thursday. Companies include Rogers, Navantis, Chrysler Canada and Bell Mobility. In today’s match Michael Weening scored a pretty goal and Rob MacTavish (always in tremendous shape) scored a couple. Dean Mayke, Director Business Services at Rogers also was on the score sheet for the Black squad.

On the team this year are Predictive Success clients; Michael Weening VP Sales from Bell Mobility and Rob McTavish, Director Microsoft. Happy to join the skate for a guest appearance was Dave Lahey from Predictive Success. In a pre-game ceremony Joe Rossi from PI Boston had his number 12 jersey retired. Joe has been asked to make an appearance in Toronto at some time in the future to skate with the PI Canada Squad.

Happy holidays to all!"

November PI Worldwide Summit

The Predictive Success team continues to grow. We attended the November PI Worldwide Summit in Washington DC. Our team was fortunate to be awarded the Founders Club Award again for our work. The reception was held at the beautiful Willard Hotel. The team also attended training sessions and collaborated with fellow Predictive Index associates from around the globe.

Charity Gala benefiting the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation

The Predictive Success team would like to extend a very special thank you for attending our First Annual Charity Gala benefiting the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation on June 2nd. I hope you recall the evening with fondness, especially the riveting, inspiring and humor-filled talk given by Hockey Legend, Paul Henderson. Didn’t you just want to get up and follow your dreams after that?

Without your help, the evening would not have been the success it was. Through your generous support we were able to raise over $15,000 for the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and their ongoing fight to Conquer Cancer in our Lifetime. Thank you!
