Predictive Success sponsored Joanne Sweers 2011 Ride to Conquer CancerThe 2-day, 200-kilometer journey requires a great amount of preparation and dedication. Over the past 4 years, Joanne has raised nearly $30,000 and ridden over 5,000 kilometers. Along the way she has received support from friends, family, and corporate sponsors. She acknowledged that, "Predictive Success™ has been a major contributor to this success; financially of course, but also through their personality assessment tools." The power of the Predictive Index®lead Joanne to discover that "being more aware of what drives me and what I find challenging has helped me develop strategies to allow me to be the best that I can be. This increased self awareness has helped me stay focused on the sometimes difficult task of balancing both fundraising and training."

Predictive Success intern, Curtis Lahey wins Coppinwood Amateur Golf club championship .....70/74/78 to win by one stroke

Here is an example of a Persuasive Management Sales behavioural pattern, winning a golf tournament and using his awareness of his low C to manage his success. Self-awareness is the first route to being the best version of ourselves at work (and play). We see this in many of our top performers in role, the ability to truly be self-aware and "in the moment" for a successful outcome. This has been our evidence-based research in business development, operational excellence and in conflict resolution.

Curtis had a great start, off to a 5 shot lead and had to really manage his PI® to get over the finish line! He won and met his goal to win this prestigious Toronto tournament against some very strong regional amateur golfers. The Pro winner was former nationwide golfer, Ashely Chinner (pictured in orange shirt), who shot a final round 68 to win.

Larry Good was very helpful to Curtis in some private coaching last spring...thanks Larry!

Predictive Success to assist Andrew Godbout in his quest for 2010 Olympics

Predictive Success Summary

In high performance sport experts say its 90% mental and 10% physical. Before I got into high performance speed skating, I didn't really understand exactly what this meant. I thought the statement was an exaggeration to emphasize the importance of mental toughness in the competition arena. After four years training full time as a speed skater I now know that statement is accurate. Read more

Olympic Speed skater hopeful from Dartmouth - PSC to assist his quest....

Toronto,ON
Predictive Success Corporation has been asked to assist a promising Canadian 2010 Winter Olympic speedskating hopeful -- Andrew Godbout. Andrew is from near our Dartmouth Predictive Success office where during his youth he skated with the Dartmouth Speedskating Club in Dartmouth, NS. His last competition in short track speed skating was the 1999 Canada Winter Games where Andrew was the top Nova Scotian male in the competition. After the Canada Games Andrew stopped skating and attended Saint Mary’s University graduating in 2003 with a First Class Double Honor’s Degree in Computing Science and Mathematics. After 5 years away from speedskating Andrew was recruited by the "Own the Podium" program and made the move to Calgary in February 2006 to pursue Long Track speed skating for the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver. Predictive Success is assisting Andrew in his quest and we are happy to assist. Andrew has a big journey to make the final Olympic team. A big goal and one that his high A, low C PI® profile will be helpful in this quest!
