John holds degrees from Waterloo Lutheran University (Laurier) and McMaster University. He is chairman of PI® Canada’s new group, Predictive Success, and was the President of the John Watson Group Incorporated (JWG), previous licensee for Predictive Index® in Canada. John has also been a member of the PI Worldwide® Founders Club and Worldwide Licensee Advisory Group (Boston, MA). John has held senior level management positions in both the private and public sectors. From 1979 to 1989 he was vice president of a Toronto based consulting firm specializing in the development of people. He has developed client organizations in Canada, the U.K., Hong Kong and the United States.

John delivers Executive PI sessions for several of our premier Fortune 100 clients. Over the past twenty-seven years he has been responsible for the development of over 50,000 executives and senior managers. John specializes in the development of effective vital relationships in the work environment, which ultimately leads to success. John and his wife Carol have been residents of Whitby, ON for over 25 years.

David, an MBA graduate from Queens University, has been a certified Predictive Index® (PI®) Analyst since 1995 and is a certified PI Facilitator and Customer-Focused Selling™ (CFS) Facilitator. In 2008 David and the Predictive Success team were awarded with membership in the PI Worldwide Founders Club. David has ranked amongst the highest CUSAT scores in facilitation worldwide. David was a former Enterprise Global Manager of the Worldwide Enterprise Group at Microsoft. His work at Microsoft in Seattle, WA and Toronto, ON included creating a global financial services strategy. David worked with the EVP executive/C-level suite in strategic consulting and sales management while being rewarded by Microsoft with a best practices award. In 2006, David left Microsoft as a member of the Microsoft President’s Club and their Circle of Excellence Club for North America to acquire the former John Watson Group Inc., previous licensee for Predictive Index since 1989.

In 2007, David was selected for membership by the Entrepreneur Organization (EO). In 2008, he was selected to join as a member of the McKinsey Research executive panel. He has led the company toward nomination to the Ernst & Young Top 80 Entrepreneurial Firms of the Year 2008, as well as nomination to Profit Magazine’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies 2008. He is the author of two best-selling books currently distributed on Amazon.com and has also appeared in the Toronto Globe &Mail as the editor’s choice. He has also has been a guest lecturer and mentored at Ryerson University and Queen’s University. David also holds a certificate in sales management from the Schulich School of Business, York University and the company has begun a joint partnership through a major international client in 2009.

David, a graduate from Acadia University, has been a trained PI Analyst since 1996 and is a certified PI Facilitator and Customer-Focused Selling (CFS) Facilitator. David has consistently been ranked in the top 10% as a PI facilitator by PI analysts in both 2006 and 2007.

John Lobraico, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, has been a certified PI Analyst since 2001, and is a certified PI Facilitator and Customer-Focused Selling (CFS) Facilitator. John spent 25 years in family business as both an owner and manager of one of Canada’s largest regional transportation companies, OK Transportation Limited. While at OK Transport, John was instrumental in the development of programs for the selection of staff and training all employees. John was the Executive Vice President responsible for all areas of the operations including maintenance, safety and dispatch and customer service when he left OK Transport for career advancement reasons in 2005.

He is a seasoned business leader with a strong background in family run organizations. John specializes in working with family business and entrepreneurs desiring to improve their organizations. For owners and professional managers, John’s involvement provides the structure and support to improve execution and create an environment of accountability. His clients see John as an "outside agent for change and growth", and his hands-on approach and experience increase the likelihood of lasting results.

Bob, a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, has been a certified PI Analyst since 2005, and is a certified PI Facilitator. Bob is a former General Manager and a member of the high potential leader program with an international, “best managed company in Canada”, TSE listed company. Bob also brings extensive direct sales experience as a sales award leader, a manager and a trainer for the ADT Corporation. With the use of Predictive Index Bob successfully increased employee engagement, reduced turn over, and built high performance teams, as he managed two business units for a multi-national corporation. Understanding how to integrate PI into the overall strategy of the organization, he helps clients to attract the best candidates, select and hire the right people and ultimately retain the people that count to your organization.

Gary is a graduate of Concordia University's Bachelor of Business Administration program. Gary has enjoyed over 20 years of consultative selling to organizations seeking to optimize employee and labour relations through strategic decision-making in the areas of pensions, benefits and compensation, and more recently in the field of human capital management.

Gary's foundation as a sales executive and manager in the pension & benefits sales arena was developed in Toronto & Montreal through his 12-year association with the London Life Insurance Company, now part of Great West Life.

In 1995, Gary was recruited to the Ottawa office of Buck Consultants, a global actuarial & benefits HR consulting firm. Gary joined Right Management Consultants in 2003 as Director, Client Services where he expanded his knowledge and development in organizational assessment, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and transition management.

Gary's strong business acumen and relationship skills have enabled his clients to blend effective combinations of internal resources and select external expertise to build strategic, practical solutions in the management and development of human capital. Very congenial, he interacts effectively with all levels of decision makers and influencers, and is extremely effective at shepherding complex initiatives throughout organizations.

Gary is well networked and active in his industry and the Ottawa community and has served in a variety of capacities and levels including Director, Programs of the Ottawa chapters of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPAO) and the Canadian Pensions and Benefits Institute (CPBI). Julie, educated in England and at the University of Toronto, majoring in history, has been a certified PI Analyst since 2007. She joined the Predictive Success team as Growth Manager after a career in senior administrative roles in the printing industry with PI clients Nebs Ltd. and McBee Systems Inc. She works with many of our clients in PI reporting and team profiling.

Julie's attention to customer service has been flagged as world class by her former internal and external clients. Julie is an expert in fulfilling PI software orders for our new access PI™, campus PI, and seminars, as well as and solving customer CUSAT issues. Julie has been instrumental in facilitating executive engagements of the Predictive Index program through successful implementation of our program in several national corporations. Julie is in sync with our Boston MA office and all of our offices across Canada

Hélène is a University of Laval Business Administration graduate. She has also pursued studies in coaching and is a member of the International Coach federation. With over 20 years of professional management experience, she has held a variety of positions in sales, marketing and human resources management for companies with Canada-wide operations. She was chief trainer for Dun & Bradstreet for 5 years and has taught in Université du Québec à Montréal’s customized-training department.

For the past 15 years, Hélène has worked more specifically in the field of training and coaching for business people and represents PI Worldwide in Québec. Her areas of expertise include leadership, teamwork, communication, priorities management and customer relations.

Her mission is to be an active partner in initiating and implementing productive change for individuals and organizations through the Predictive Index program, training, coaching and counselling activities tailored to specific needs. She believes in a proactive and dynamic approach that is aligned with the organization’s vision and values, while also encouraging its people to participate individually and as a team. Doug, a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, has been a certified PI Analyst since 1990, and is a certified PI Facilitator and Customer-Focused Selling (CFS) Facilitator. He comes to Predictive Success with over two decades of practicing leadership. Doug understands the importance of creating a work environment where people are able to grow both personally and professionally while meeting the goals of the business. Doug is a former General Manager of IKEA in Vancouver, a former Business Manager for IKEA in Sweden, and the former President of the IKEA Wholesale Division in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Doug has proven his ability to identify and develop young potentials to export out to senior management positions throughout numerous divisions globally within the IKEA companies. Utilizing Predictive Index as a business assessment tool has been paramount in assisting his highly regarded management teams with successful results in recruitment and selection, team building, as well as nationally low turnover levels.

Doug has been a consummate builder responsible for launching the Children's IKEA Program in Sweden. This program provided IKEA with a co-ordinated offering to families with children below the age of 8, a key target group for IKEA'S future growth; the launch included the introduction of a new retail selling concept and the introduction of hundreds of new products in Sweden for a worldwide release.

Prior to his tenure in Sweden, Doug was appointed President, IKEA Wholesale. Doug ran the North American wholesale operation for IKEA. Doug's responsibilities included the supply chain management division, land and ocean transportation and customs divisions, and warehouse operations. Doug's expertise with cost containment, logistics controls, and P&L success elevated him to being identified as a high potential leader in IKEA North America. In 2008. Doug, an active member of the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and the BCHR organization, led several team-building seminars with clients in China.

Doug’s client list includes IKEA,TK Shipping, Grouse Mountain Resorts, BHP Billiton.a large national camera retailer, a large regional wealth management company and several wood products manufacturers based in BC.

Roger did his undergraduate and his MBA at the Queens School of Business. Roger is the former President of Ocean Fresh International where he directed all business development and operating aspect of a mutli million dollar business . Roger has been a VP Sales in the Food service business, a senior director for a international fine foods company based in Brampton and a management consultant for Rain Forest Aquaculture Products in Sunrise Florida. Roger has had strong success in building companies , M& A, packaged goods, working to restructure sales forces across North America and in strengthening sales disciplines. Roger was responsible for growth in one of his companies from $3M to $175M with a customer base of 370 distributors in the food service and retail space. Rogers co-workers have seen him as a change catalyst in establishing greater efficiencies across cross functional teams. Roger has been a Predictive index analyst for 7 years after being trained in Predictive index in our Seattle office and comes to Predictive Success and will be working in the Greater Toronto market.

Silas Dain, Predictive Success Associate

Silas Dain comes to Predictive Success with a wealth of business building experience. Silas is a former Domino’s Pizza Rookie Manager of the Year Nominee and was instrumental in opening several retail operations from zero to sales growth that led him to win the national award for the highest volume operation in Canada. Silas, a native of Saskatoon, has been a very successful manager with the Farm business Consultant operation and won several national awards for highest revenue growth. Silas grew a team of 30+ to revenues of $4 million in a few short years in the Saskatchewan operation. Silas is a results oriented manager of people who has always had a higher level of retention than the norm and his training in Predictive index from our founder John Watson has been a large part of his success as a leader.

Silas has received executive training at many levels with coursework at the Banff Business Institute and extensive training from the Business Development Training-HRDC through the Greater Niagara Economic Development . Silas has also completed the Entrepreneur Development Program from Deloitte & Touché and finished the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers. Silas is a trained PI analyst and will work with Predictive Success and our client base in Saskatchewan and in the Edmonton regions. Silas is a resident of Saskatoon and a strong member of the local community for many years.

Rob graduated with distinction from the Honours Business Administration program at the Richard Ivey School of Business where he focused his studies on Entrepreneurship and Finance.

Rob served has served as the VP, COO of a start-up company called New Image Services Canada. The company was featured as the #12 Fastest Growing Company in the 2008, New Image manages a national network of service contractors. Clients include Home Depot, Century 21, Scotiabank, SNC Lavalin, BLJC and others. Rob has also had a leadership role in running a Student painting company where he was a Presidents Club Member and in the wealth management business at, Assante Capital Management Ltd .

Rob is a dedicated growth expert who at a young age has been responsible for changing companies in very short periods of time with explosive growth. Rob is known as a leader who can quickly assess business challenges toward developing systems and processes to hire, train and coach organizations with hugely positive internal customer satisfaction ratings. Rob has been trained in Predictive Index and is a newer generation leader who can effectively work with all four generations now in the Canadian workplace here in 2010.

Through working with a variety of entrepreneurs and large national organizations, Rob has experience in leading change and working with companies to successfully achieve their goals in both growth and high quality service.
