The Predictive Index®: A Thought Leader in Hiring Analytics
Psychometric testing for recruiting purposes may seem like a recent trend; however, it is actually a tool that has been used for many decades. Dating back to the 1940s, Arnold S. Daniels leveraged his knowledge on successful team missions from World War 2 and teamed up with a psychologist to understand what makes teams successful. By building on this project after the war, Daniels established the first rendition of the Predictive Index Behavioural Assessment. Since then, the Predictive Index has been a leader in hiring analytics with a Science Advisory Board of university professors, I/O psychologists, and other subject matter experts in psychometrics.
