Chudleigh's consistently uses The Predictive Index system to maintain a turnover rate of less than 2%.

Chudleigh's manufactures frozen desserts and snacks using only the freshest ingredients from start to finish. Since the emergence of Chudleigh’s Limited as an apple farm in Milton, Ontario in 1967, values such as tradition, family, quality and superior customer service have defined its reputation. They know that great people are essential to having a thriving business. While many companies struggled during the recession, Chudleigh’s was one of the few organizations that surpassed targets, proving that exemplary employees determine a company’s success during detrimental economic conditions. Today, 70% of Chudleigh’s business is in exports and their products are found in the top 20 grocery chains in North America.

Brent Winterton, VP of Human Resources at Chudleigh’s, has supported the importance of establishing a fit between potential candidates and the position being offered. Brent utilizes the Predictive Index® Behavioural Assessment and Job Assessment delivered by Predictive Success, to effectively evaluate the candidates' fit.

“Using the PI Job Assessment® tool, we can decide internally what the profile of an ideal candidate is before we start the interview process." Brent states that the Predictive Index® delivered by Predictive Success is “a great time saver for and creates an expedient way to get to the right person as soon as possible."
