Designing for Strategic Action is Part 2 of The High Performance Series Workshop.  During this 2 hour session, your team will map the group’s natural strengths to their goals, exposing areas of misalignment and providing recommendations to address them.

Your team will learn how to “stretch” their skill set to best serve the goals at hand.  Teams leave with a clear action plan on how to deliver on objectives with confidence.
