"We received extremely positive feedback from our team for our session with Curtis. Thanks again for the very informative presentation"
"Understanding how PI paints a picture of the WHOLE PERSON and not just a singular component. Doug did a great job explaining also how the factors influence and/or "phone" each other based on their own needs and intensity! I loved the
explanation of "if you only observe someone's behaviours you are merely guessing at their drives and needs and conversely, if you measure someone's drives, you can predict their needs and behaviours" The other benefit was seeing how Doug interacted with each of us, so seamlessly based on what we knew/observed from our own patterns! That was so cool to witness"
"Great training! The tools are very useful, and the training really helps in maximizing how to use it. Lots of discussions and real-life examples. You come out of the training well prepared to start implementing the PI toolkit in your organization"
"PI training over 3 days offered a comprehensive view of the PI platform that significantly increased my understanding of the insights and tools that PI can offer"
"Doug was great. One of the best online facilitated courses that I have seen. We stayed on track the whole time"

Daphne's ability to present complex information in an accessible and interesting way kept everyone involved and motivated throughout the session. The interactive elements and real-world examples made the content relatable and easy to understand. I highly recommend Daphne's training sessions to anyone looking to enhance their skills and knowledge.
""""The Predictive Index training was a game-changer for our team. It provided us with powerful insights into behavioural patterns and workplace dynamics, helping us improve communication, collaboration, and hiring decisions. The tools and strategies we learned were practical, easy to apply, and immediately impactful. How does The PI Behavioural Assessment™ work?
Assessment takers get two lists of adjectives. Using the first list, we ask them to select the words that describe the way others expect them to act. Using the second list, we ask them to select the words that describe them in their own opinion.
Each adjective is associated with one of the four key factors that determine workplace behavior: dominance, extraversion, patience, and formality.
After people complete the assessment, we assign them a Reference Profile—a snapshot of the way they think and work.

What does the PI Behavioural Assessment measure?
Four key factors—or key behavioural drives—provide a simple framework for understanding your employees' and candidates' workplace behaviours. PI is your superpower: it lets you see beneath the surface so you can predict how people will behave in given situations.
- Dominance is the drive to exert influence on people or events.
- Extraversion is the drive for social interaction with other people.
- Patience is the drive to have consistency and stability.
- Formality is the drive to conform to rules and structure.
Objectivity is the degree to which an individual prefers objectivity when processing information and making decisions.

What is the PI Behavioral Assessment™?
The PI Behavioral Assessment™ is a tool designed by The Predictive Index® and delivered by Founding Partner Predictive Success to help employers understand how people might behave in the workplace. Sometimes referred to as a personality test, the PI Behavioral Assessment™ is much more than that. This assessment helps business leaders make informed decisions about everything from potential employees to project management to overall strategy.
The PI Behavioral Assessment™ is an untimed, free-choice, stimulus-response assessment that collects valuable data about participants. It's been used by thousands of businesses around the globe for over 60 years to understand the personality traits that drive their employees and candidates.

What is the purpose of Behavioral Assessment?
The PI Behavioral Assessment™ as delivered by Founding Partner Predictive Success helps employers find candidates who are naturally inclined to be a great fit. It also helps to design better teams and to manage employees in a way that allows them to perform at their best. It does this by measuring an individual's personality across four key factors, known as "drives." The four drives are:
- Dominance: the drive to exert influence on people or events.
- Extraversion: the drive for social interaction with other people.
- Patience: the drive to have consistency and stability.
- Formality: the drive to conform to rules and structure.
Understanding these drives provide a simple framework for understanding an individual's potential workplace behaviors.

What is a Behavioral Assessment?
A Behavioural Assessment is a tool borrowed from the field of psychology. It is used for observing, describing, explaining, and predicting behavior. Companies such as The Predictive Index® have developed behavioural assessment tools for use outside of clinical settings. Tools such as the PI Behavioural Assessment™ are specifically designed for the workforce, allowing employers to gain valuable insights into their candidates and employees' behaviors.
The PI Behavioural Assessment™, as delivered by Founding Partner Predictive Success reliably evaluates various aspects of an individual's personality. These results can shed light on everything about a person's behavior in the workplace, from customer service orientation to learning capabilities to leadership styles.

How do you conduct a behavioral assessment?
The PI Behavioural Assessment™, as delivered by Founding Partner Predictive Success consists of two identical lists of adjectives relating to an individual's personality. From the first list, the assessment taker chooses all the adjectives that describe the way others expect them to act. Then, from the second version of the list, they choose the words that describe them according to their own opinion of themselves.
The PI Behavioral Assessment™ is an untimed, free-choice, stimulus-response assessment that collects valuable data about participants. It generally takes around 6 minutes to complete.
Each adjective relates to one of the four key factors or "drives" that shape workplace behavior: dominance, extraversion, patience, and formality.
After the assessment is completed, the assessment taker is assigned a Reference Profile, such as "Individualist" or "Strategist." This is a snapshot of the way they think and work without regard to any specific role.
