CM Insurance Chief of Human Resources, Donna Bryden, has won the 2020 Predictive Success Client Excellence Award for outstanding management and application of Talent Optimization.

Each year, Predictive Success takes applications from its Managing Principals, outlining companies they feel are exemplary companies in their hiring, inspiring, culture, and people management. Doug McCann nominated SCM Insurance because of their outstanding company culture and ability to inspire employees.

SCM Insurance’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Donna Bryden, was selected by a panel as a recipient of this award. Managing Principal Doug McCann presented the award at a dinner last week in Edmonton.

SCM is the largest independent, privately-owned provider of claims management, risk management, and related services in Canada.
