n July 6, 2020, Predictive Success turned 15 years old.

Generally, our team gathers for an end of the year/ready for the next year offsite at HQ in Whitby, ON. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we met virtually this year, with celebrations all the same!

Although the team was disappointed not to spend a few days together, (as is normal for July), we still enjoyed a (virtual) wine and cheese, as well as a cake cutting.

Our 15-Year Cake!

Our two-day virtual offsite featured a packed day of culture -building, company-connecting, strategy, and a wide range of guest speakers.

Amazing talk from Predictive Index CEO, Mike Zani.

Special thank you to all of our amazing presenters from the PI Partner Network and beyond, as well as Fr. Laszlo Nagy for coming on Day Two to bless our company.

Some highlights from our 15 years of success:

585 amazing PI clients worldwide (top 2 worldwide partners).

3-time Profit 500 Award Winner

Globe and Mail top 400 Winner 2019 (Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies)

Donated over $350,000 to Canadian charities like Chalice Catholic Charity for supporting children in impoverished countries.

Trained over 10,000 leaders in the Predictive Index leader training programs

Moved into our own 10,000 Sq. Ft. Success Center in 2018

To another 15 years!
